The Head Start program will provide a full six hours of activities and learning experiences for your child each day. The CAATCRCC Head Start program will include a developmentally appropriate education curriculum and two nutritious meals and one snack a day. We have a Management Staff as well as Education Staff that will be here to assist you by providing quality and timely services for your child and your family; and many opportunities for Family and Community Engagements.
We believe that early learning is the root of a child's success. Since learning begins at birth, the CAATCRCC Head Start strives to provide education, experiences and opportunities to assist parents in providing a "good beginning" for their children. WE BELIEVE THAT PARENTS ARE THEIR CHILD'S MOST IMPORTANT TEACHER. To assist parents in becoming effective teachers, we work with each family to build and strengthen their parenting skills.
We emphasize an individual approach with children and parents. Individual strengths and needs are assessed, and goals are established by parents and staff.
We are committed to providing quality comprehensive services for the child and his/her family. Our activities are geared toward nurturing the growth and development of the children enrolled, Involving Parents in the program and providing them with opportunities to enhance their understanding and knowledge. We encourage you to volunteer in our Centers when time permits, because we need Volunteers on a daily basis.
There are many changes taking place in the government as well as the nation, but we the CAATCRCC Head Start Program is dedicated to providing Quality Services to our children and families in every Community we serve.
I am looking forward to meeting you. If I could ever be of assistance to you, please feel free to contact me at (256) 362-5694 or (256) 362-3697.
